Term and Conditions:

1. Membership Term:

• Each membership (Silver, Gold, Diamond) is a 12-month commitment.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the registered client only.

2. Billing:

• Payment can be made either monthly or annually.
• Monthly billing will automatically recur on the same day each month.
• Annual payment requires full payment upfront for a 12-month term.

3. Cancellation & Forfeiture:

• Memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
• If canceled early, all prior payments are forfeited, and the remaining monthly dues will still be billed until for the rest of that month.
• No partial refunds or credit transfers will be provided.

4. Delivery Policy:

• Free delivery applies within the specified mileage radius for each membership:
• Silver: within 5 miles
• Gold: within 10 miles
• Diamond: within 20 miles
• Deliveries exceeding the specified range will incur an additional $5/mile charge.

5. Arrangement Policy:

• Monthly arrangements are based on seasonal flower availability.
• Substitutions may occur without prior notice to ensure best quality.
• "Florist choice" applies to Silver membership.

6. Complimentary Add-ons:

• Gold and Diamond memberships include complimentary chocolates and card messages.
• Chocolates are non-customizable and based on availability.

7. Missed Deliveries:

• If the client is unavailable during delivery, flowers will be left in a safe place or rescheduled at an additional fee.

8. Modifications:

• Charlie Blooms reserves the right to amend membership benefits with 30 days' prior written notice.
